Tahi – your space to thrive. Tahi offers professional Integrated Natural Therapies, Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation courses – all within a beautiful contemporary space.
Tahi, meaning One in Te Reo Māori, is situated in the heart of New Plymouth at 1 Devon St East.
The name Tahi also speaks to the sense of wholeness and oneness that is revealed when humans thrive in community. This draws on the concept of ‘hauora’. The wellbeing of an individual is dependent on their interconnected physical, social, emotional and spiritual health.
We are guided by a Te Ao Māori whakapapa system where all beings are connected to foster a sense of belonging. We acknowledge those that have gone before us, and support the flourishing of a connected healthy local community. Tahi – creating the pause.
Tahi – kia tau. Te Reo translation by Zoe Poutu Fay
