About Nicola
“I have a background in nursing and graduated from the Perth Academy of Natural Therapies in 2002.
I have a passion for woman’s health, particularly fertility and pregnancy.
Using the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine to diagnose, together with the Western medicine diagnosis of infertility from your doctor or specialist, a treatment plan can be formulated by combining the knowledge of both modalities.
I want to help people feel better and achieve their goals. I have 4 children and I believe that conception, pregnancy and birth is one of the most amazing experiences of our lifetime. It is such a gift for me to help couples through this journey. I want to help those people who are having difficulties to improve not only their reproductive health, but their overall health too.
If you have lost hope, I can help you to regain it again. Working together we will create changes that will restore confidence in your body and its ability to make a baby and have the best birth you can imagine.
I love the wisdom and knowledge of Chinese Medicine, I am committed to continuing to learn all I can about fertility and pregnancy so that I can help more and more people achieve their dreams. I want all woman with the desire, to conceive and birth their babies on their own terms.”

The essence of working in the cranial field represents a core belief of mine – “Te Hau Toki” (the biological, chemical and spiritual balance). The body is a wonder – the seat of consciousness, a masterpiece of the cosmos. It contains all information’s of the history of the cosmos and yet we don’t know the value of our body.
I do my best to understand the body and its form and all its workings.
My approach to easing the stresses and strains of the body is to put people as the key focus of my treatment, and to be there to support the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health from new-borns, through to our elders. My practice has since enhanced all areas of my life and especially the well-being of my whanau and I look forward to continuing for many years to come.

About Miia
Kia ora! I’m Miia, a Finnish native who embraced Aotearoa as my home in 2008 alongside my kiwi partner and now our two vibrant tamariki—a 6-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son. Over the past decade, my journey has been deeply intertwined with conscious parenting and personal growth.
Since my younger years, the philosophy and practices of yoga have interested me. I got certified as an Ashram Yoga teacher in 2014 and currently focus on beginners and pregnancy yoga, infused with trauma-informed teachings. I’m also trained in Kids yoga and the profound practice of Yoga Nidra. For me yoga is about unlocking doors to heightened self-awareness and acceptance, enriching my path with invaluable tools to navigate life’s ebb and flow while staying physically and mentally strong.
Recently as I trained in Tul’ix Therapy (formerly Arvigo Therapy), my journey took a transformative turn. I immersed myself in gentle abdominal and sacral massage, rooted in ancient Central American healing traditions. This sacred practice, inspired by the wisdom of indigenous Mayan healers, resonated profoundly with me. It has the ability to promote physical and emotional well-being by restoring homeostasis and supporting the body’s innate healing abilities. Personally Tul’ix therapy has transformed my own feminine health journey with newfound information, vitality and balance. It’s with deep reverence and gratitude that I now offer these healing modalities, dedicated to supporting others on their paths toward more connection and awareness.

Kia ora everyone my name is Saala and I specialize in Traditional Maori massage and healing. I offer Haumiri & Romiromi.
Haumiri is a Maori massage guided by Wairua (spirit). There is a calming range of pressure and rhythm that gradually intensifies pushing beyond relaxation. Haumiri is a great way to improve oxygen levels and circulation.
Romiromi consists largely of deep tissue massage and is great for encompassing trigger points to release long-standing pain, knots, and tension in areas such as upper and lower back, neck, shoulders, leg, and muscle tightness.

About Tracy
Around 15 years ago I was looking for a holistic healing method that was non-evasive and had effective and long-term results for relieving stress and anxiety.
Reiki brings about deep relaxation, calming the nervous system which promotes healing in our physical bodies. Reiki works on all levels to heal us physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Connecting with clients through Reiki, listening to your body, together, we can release what no longer serves you so you can live a more peaceful and balanced life.
I love the many benefits that this modality offers, and I invite you to book a session with me in a calm and supportive environment so you too can experience the wonders of Reiki.

About Pip
As a certified Mental Health Coach, I specialise in supporting those experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm.
My passion lies in helping others improve and maintain their mental fitness and firmly believe we should invest in our mental fitness, just as we do in our physical health. As a busy mum of three, I’ve embraced lifestyle medicine in my personal journey and now focus on helping clients cultivate and maintain healthy habits, build resilience through challenging times and thrive again. I incorporate Lifestyle medicine (nutrition, exercise, sleep, breathing, connection, thermotherapies), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (the third wave of psychology).
Drawing from my experience as a paediatric nurse in a collaborative and holistic family-centered care model, I take a whole-person approach. Working in collaboration with you, we create a personalised action plan based on where you are now, where you want to be, your specific areas of focus, whilst also incorporating value-aligned goals. We then implement small incremental lifestyle changes at your own pace and develop your toolbox of strategies and tools.
I’m looking forward to working with you to make your mental fitness a priority and start thriving again. For more info go to www.headstrong.co.nz
I am also a Clearhead provider – if your Employer uses Clearhead as their EAP service you may be entitled to free sessions, refer to https://www.myclearhead.com/en-NZ/practitioners/pip_butterworth

About Becca
I am super passionate about health and wellness. I have had my own journey of working out what my body needs. I think there are so many conflicting and confusing messages out there, and I would love to help you simplify that!
As a holistic health coach, my role is to guide you to achieve your health and wellness goals through a holistic approach. This means we don’t just solely look at nutrition, but also what could drive certain choices/habits, and step back to discuss the bigger picture that affects your health. I have seen how powerful simple changes and personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations can be. I focus on bio-individuality – the idea that we are all different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs. I take time to look at all areas that can affect health and happiness, and work with you to create a plan and long-lasting daily habits that fit into your lifestyle.
The difference with a health coach is that I provide regular support and accountability to empower you to take charge of your health, with small goals that can build to extraordinary results. Once we make a plan, regular contact and adjustments help you through the process of change, and help to create habits that last.
I am also currently in my last year of health science and nutrition study, and will graduate as a naturopath and nutritionist at the end of 2024, which will add to my services and expertise.
I look forward to meeting you!

About Tracy
My passion is working with the gut and women who’ve had a gutful of gut aches. I love what I do. As a naturopath, we get to put your entire health journey on the table. I want to understand everything from your family health history and upbringing, tests, procedures, and medications to your current lifestyle, diet, and the environments you operate in. As a nutritionist, I get to nourish you but also the microscopic army you have working inside your gut. As a medical herbalist, I will utilise fluid extracts to support your body back to health. I’m a passionate geek when it comes to the exploding body of research on the role gut health has on mental health, immunity, skin health, inflammation, and wellbeing.
I also have 3 loud and hungry boys at home, which has led to a long repertoire of secretly healthy recipes, and I know my way around both a nutritious family dinner and sneaking chamomile into a kid’s birthday cake. I also love being elbow-deep in my quiet cottage veggie garden, so prepare for analogies that compare your gut to the health of soil, pest and predator bugs and growing a diverse and balanced patch.
